ABOUT US

The Patient Navigator Program (PNP) was developed in 2020 by a dedicated team of over 40 medical and health professions students in Dallas, TX.

 

Here at PNP, we are driven by a single goal to improve the health and wellbeing of persons experiencing homelessness through a sustainable, client-centered approach.
