Happy spring everyone!
With our first 15-week cycle of the Continuous Care system nearing the finish line in the coming weeks, the PNP team, especially the navigation leads, have been working diligently to coordinate and find clients for our teams. The beginning of the semester was complicated by the Omicron variant, resulting in our program having a slow start; however, we have all grown tremendously through the process and our teams are happy to be making a positive difference in people's lives now!
