Happy January! 2020 was a tough year for everyone so we’re looking forward to seeing what 2021 has in store. One sure thing is the launch of our Continuous Care Navigation System (CCS) today! We will be launching with 8 clients, each supported by their own team of navigators. Our pilot client had so much success with her driver’s license, GED class, and financial assistance, and we can’t wait to see what these 8 individuals will accomplish with our first round of fellows!
